Frontier Clinical Trials Ltd (Frontier) is a limited company registered in England and Wales No: 15778656 and its registered office is 32, Willoughby Road, London, N8 0JG, United Kingdom.
Frontier is a site management organisation that manages a growing network of clinical research sites. We perform clinical trials on behalf of pharmaceutical companies, biotechnology companies, medical Device companies, Contract Research Organisations and other clinical trial sponsors.

Frontier will hold your data in accordance with the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR), which is supplemented by the UK Data Protection Act 2018.

Anyone can visit a Frontier website without disclosing their identity or any of their personal information. Frontier will, however, collect names and contact details submitted by visitors via a Frontier company website. This is only possible when making an online enquiry via the site. Volunteers can unsubscribe from Frontier services and communications at any point and time by contacting us via the ‘Contact Us’ page or following the ‘Unsubscribe ‘link on our website.
If volunteers are participating in clinical trials or expressing interest in doing so, Frontier will collect and process personal data, including sensitive information, to match with the relevant clinical trials, participate and subsequently analyse the results. This may include details such as contact information, date of birth, gender, race, ethnicity, physical or mental disability, sex, genetic information, and familial genetic information.
Frontier collects and manages personal data from employees, prospective employees, and other industry professionals we interact with. The data we collect includes names, contact details, and relevant information used for legitimate business-related purposes.

This policy is not a contract, and it does not create any legal rights or obligations. Frontier reserves the right to modify or amend this Policy and may do so according to new or amended legislation. The updated Policy will be posted on each Frontier website (Last Updated: 26 September 2024).
