At Frontier, we’re here to change that. Our mission is to provide clinical research that reflects and engages the whole community.

We’re a team of highly experienced doctors and researchers, inspired to start Frontier because we come from underrepresented communities ourselves. We know what it’s like when healthcare doesn’t meet your needs. We also know it doesn’t have to be that way.


Our dedicated outreach team helps us involve people in trials who might not have considered them before, while making sure we are tailor our care to the individual.


We also have an advisory board of industry experts including medics, R&D and tech consultants, pharmacists and market strategists, who help us create the most innovative and effective approaches to inclusive research.

Nationwide engagement


We conduct trials that can include participants from all over the UK, and we invite those who are willing to travel to our site in central London.


We also engage with participants on behalf of other trial sponsors performing trials across the country.


Travel and accommodation costs are covered, and depending on the trial requirements, you may receive payment for taking part. All participants can expect a warm welcome and expert care throughout their experience.
